• If a user is signed up for an event as an individual or a team, completes it, then switches teams, they should not be shown on the new teams event listing. These are for closed events.
• If a user completed an event on a team, but is no longer on the team, they will still show up on the team's closed event.

• Fixes bug when a team member signs up for an event, their EventUser record shows them on the team. (Prior they were added w/o a team)
• If you remove someone from your team, keep them registered for any upcoming events, but remove them from the team
• Fixes bug where a user who was signed up on a closed event for a different team should not show up on the team event user's list
